Please be aware that the confirmation of an order containing any tobacco products is taken as an acceptance and agreement that the receiver of these products is at or over the legal age for consumption of tobacco in their country.

 

  1. All orders are subject to confirmation. An email will be sent once the order is confirmed. Mrcigarshop reserves the right to limit order quantities for a given product. In case an ordered product is not available at the time of shipping, we will inform you in a timely manner.
  2. Mrcigarshop will run a credit check to establish the customer’s creditworthiness. By submitting an order, the customer understands and agrees that this type of control may be carried out.
  3. Orders can take up to 72 hours to be dispatched since order is completed.
  4. Orders can NOT be modified once the payment has been submitted. We will have to cancel the payment and ask you to submit a new order when applicable. The customer becomes responsible of delivered products, in case of any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. No credit or replacement will be made after this period. Goods that were delivered by mistake or in exceeding must be returned within 7 days of reception of the order. Goods that are returned must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and by unit of packaging. The buyer bears the shipping costs. Please contact us to obtain instructions for the return procedure to follow.
  5. If the delivery address provided in the order is found to be incorrect there will be no refund or reship.
  6. Refunds or credits apply to returned cigars in good condition or orders received in poor state.
  7. We do Not accept returns on the basis of flavor profile and or taste. As cigars are a product made from naturally grown leaf there is certainly can be variation it the taste from box to box. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee personal taste preference.
  8. Overseas orders may incur customs, tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT) and/or other fees imposed by local authorities. We are not responsible for these fees, they are not included in your shipping charges. These fees are YOUR responsibility. If you refuse the shipment, we will subtract from your refund any fees and additional shipping charges that we incur.
  9. All prices are in euros (€) and other terms and conditions are subject to change until an order is confirmed by Mrcigarshop.
  10. Customer is responsible of knowing the laws of its country for buying and importing any tobacco products. MrCigarshop is not responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused.
  11. If a parcel has not arrived at destination after 21 working days, a refund or reship can be requested.

 

 

Client`s privacy is vital for us, we strive for it. Our only interest is to make sure we can communicate with our clients to fulfill orders and queries in the less time possible.
The Information you give us, such as your name, address, email, ID/passport number and phone number when placing an order. This is strictly needed to fulfill the order and is not passed onto any 3rd party for marketing purposes. All information is kept safely.

To fulfill an order, we do use external partners, such as for processing payment or for shipping the orders. The information is strictly for fulfilling orders, they have access to this data needed to perform these functions but are prohibited from using it for marketing purposes.
Your data is secured by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts your input. We do not store your card information. It gets erased after payment has been proceed.
After logging on our platform, clients should make sure to logout each time so as to protect your account. Create a password with different sized letters and numbers.

 

We ship your cigars in their original boxes with their bands and seals on.

Your cigars will arrive fresh and in original impeccable condition as a boveda bag is inside the parcel to maintain the cigars at its best. All boxes are with bubble wrap to reduce any movement during transit to prevent cigars from being damaged during transport.

As per your pre-shipping instructions, we can OPEN AND INSPECT the boxes to make sure the cigars are free of mold or any damages. You should make this request before shipping during the ordering process.

All our shipments are guaranteed against damage and loss. In case of delays that go past one month, packages will be considered as lost and immediately replaced. Please contact us directly to arrange a replacement shipment or store credit when appropriate. The International Postal Rules consider a package lost one month from the shipment date. We do ask you to be patient in times when there are delays, bombarding us with mails or calls will not speed up the delivery of your package.

 

  • Free shipping on orders above 250€.
  • If your order does not reach 250€, there is a shipping flat rate of 30€.
